Explore & choose

New to us? Start with Find Your Treatment to match a facial to your skin, peek inside the Treatment Room, or browse the full menu.

STEP 2

Go to the booking site

Select any Book Now button. It opens bookfacials.com — our secure booking home, powered by Vagaro — where you'll see live availability.

STEP 3

Create your account or log in

  • New? Choose Sign up, add your name, email & mobile (or use Google, Apple or Facebook), then verify with the 6-digit codes.
  • Returning? Log in with your email & password — you can log in anytime at bookfacials.com or in the Vagaro app.
STEP 4

Book your appointment

  • Pick your service & any add-ons.
  • Choose a date & time (or join the waitlist if it's full).
  • Pick who it's for, accept the cancellation policy, add a card if a deposit is required, and select Book.
STEP 5

Complete your intake form

We're not a medical spa, so an intake form isn't required — but we highly recommend it. It helps us tailor your treatment and care for your skin safely. Complete it by the email or text link or during booking, add your digital signature, and it's saved to your profile for next time.

STEP 6

Get your confirmations & reminders

You'll receive booking confirmations and appointment reminders — by email and text, plus push notifications in the Vagaro app. More on managing these below.

STEP 7

Check in when you arrive

On the day, open the Vagaro app and check in for your appointment — or scan the QR code in your Profile. It lets us know you've arrived, so you can relax until we're ready for you. Prefer a friendly face? Just come in and we'll check you in at the front.

STEP 8

Manage & rebook

In your profile, view upcoming & past visits, cancel or reschedule within our policy, and Rebook a favorite in one tap.

We'll keep you posted about your appointments — and you're always in control of how.

Book for your family & friends

  1. In your profile, open Family & Friends (web or Vagaro app).
  2. Select Add Family & Friends and choose the relationship — parent, spouse, sibling, child or friend.
  3. Adults get an invite to accept; children under 18 are added automatically for parents & guardians.
  4. When you book, just choose them under Who are you booking for — and you can even share a membership or package with them.

Yes — a free Vagaro customer account keeps your appointments, forms and history in one place. You can create one in under a minute, or sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook.
Why does booking happen on bookfacials.com?
bookfacials.com is our secure booking home, powered by Vagaro. Keeping scheduling and payments on a dedicated, established platform is safer and smoother than booking by email or phone.
How will you remind me about my appointment?
You'll get confirmations and reminders by email and text, plus push notifications if you use the Vagaro app. You can turn any of these on or off in your profile, and reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Do I need to fill out a form?
It's not required — we're not a medical spa — but we highly recommend it. A quick intake form helps us tailor your treatment and care for your skin safely. Complete and sign it by the email or text link, or during booking, and it's saved to your profile for next time.
How do I check in when I arrive?

Can I book for my kids or my partner?
Absolutely. Add them once under Family & Friends in your profile, then choose them under "Who are you booking for" when you book. Children under 18 are added automatically for parents and guardians.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled by Vagaro through PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted payment systems. See "Your information is protected" above for details and links.
