Shipping policy

At Lumina Skin Sanctuary, we aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeline mentioned below. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when we deliver your order.

Shipping Timelines

Since we partner with global suppliers to deliver your product quickly, shipping times are split into two parts:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details. 

Note: Processing time can vary during holidays, festivals, and peak seasons. 

Shipping Time: The estimated time it takes for items to reach your address from our warehouse.

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If you receive one item before the others, don’t panic; the rest of your order is on its way!

Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you experience any such issues, contact your shipping carrier directly. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and the shipping carrier for the customer to investigate.
