🔁Time between visits

Every 2–4 weeks over a series, then monthly.

📋Before your visit

  • Arrive with clean skin if you can, and come 5–10 minutes early for your consultation.
  • Skip strong exfoliating acids and retinol for 1–2 days beforehand.
  • Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for 24–48 hours before.
  • Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor safely.
  • Come hydrated and, ideally, makeup-free.

🧖After your visit

  • Wear SPF daily and avoid direct sun — essential in the Florida climate.
  • Skip heavy makeup for about 24 hours.
  • Avoid heat — sauna, hot yoga, hot showers — for 24–48 hours.
  • Hold off on strong actives (retinol, acids) for 1–2 days.
  • Keep skin hydrated and be gentle — no picking or aggressive scrubbing.

🏠Caring for your skin between visits

  • Cleanse gently morning and night with a barrier-friendly cleanser.
  • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, rain or shine.
  • Hydrate with a moisturizer suited to your skin type; add hyaluronic acid if dry.
  • Introduce actives slowly and only as your esthetician recommends.
  • Drink water, sleep well, and avoid picking at the skin between visits.
