    Sunflower — Brightening

    Sun-Damage Brightening Facial

    Brightening · 60 min · from $175

Built for Southwest Florida skin — fades sunspots and evens blotchy tone.

🧴Your visit, step by step · what's included

    1. 1Consultation and skin analysis — we map your sunspots, melasma and uneven tone so the brightening work targets the pigment that bothers you most
    2. 2Deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation — surface buildup and pigmented dead cells are lifted away, immediately softening the look of discoloration
    3. 3Galvanic current infusion — a gentle current carries brightening actives down to where pigment forms, working far deeper than creams can reach on their own
    4. 4A brightening, antioxidant mask — antioxidants calm sun-stressed skin and support an even, luminous tone while you relax
    5. 5Vitamin-C and pigment-evening serums — proven brighteners fade existing spots and help interrupt the formation of new ones
    6. 6Hydration and SPF to protect results — sun protection is non-negotiable after brightening; we seal your progress so Florida sun can't undo it

    Benefits to expect

    • Faded sunspots and dark patches
    • More even, luminous tone
    • Brighter, healthier-looking skin
    • Protection-focused, Florida-ready care

    ⏱️Downtime

None. Consistent SPF between visits is essential to protect and build results.

    🔁Time between visits

Every 2–3 weeks for the best fading results.

    📋Before your visit

    • Arrive with clean skin if you can, and come 5–10 minutes early for your consultation.
    • Skip strong exfoliating acids and retinol for 1–2 days beforehand.
    • Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for 24–48 hours before.
    • Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor safely.
    • Come hydrated and, ideally, makeup-free.

    🧖After your visit

    • Wear SPF daily and avoid direct sun — essential in the Florida climate.
    • Skip heavy makeup for about 24 hours.
    • Avoid heat — sauna, hot yoga, hot showers — for 24–48 hours.
    • Hold off on strong actives (retinol, acids) for 1–2 days.
    • Keep skin hydrated and be gentle — no picking or aggressive scrubbing.

🏠Caring for your skin between visits

    • Cleanse gently morning and night with a barrier-friendly cleanser.
    • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, rain or shine.
    • Hydrate with a moisturizer suited to your skin type; add hyaluronic acid if dry.
    • Introduce actives slowly and only as your esthetician recommends.
    • Drink water, sleep well, and avoid picking at the skin between visits.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is there any downtime?

There's no downtime. Skin may look slightly flushed right after the galvanic step, settling quickly, and you can return to normal activities the same day.

How many sessions will I need?

Fading pigment is a gradual process tied to your skin's renewal cycle. A series of sessions spaced a few weeks apart gives the most even results, with maintenance to keep new sun damage in check.

    Who is it best for?

It's ideal for sunspots, hyperpigmentation, and uneven tone. It isn't suitable if you have a pacemaker or metal implants, are pregnant, or have broken or actively breaking-out skin in the area — tell us so we can adapt.

How is it different from using a brightening cream?

Topical brighteners mostly sit on the surface. Galvanic current uses a gentle charge to push brightening actives deeper, making the treatment far more effective on stubborn pigment.

How do I protect my results?

Sun protection is everything here — daily broad-spectrum SPF and sun avoidance protect your progress. Your esthetician may suggest a brightening home serum to extend results.
