1Booking & deposits

Because Lumina is a private, one-on-one studio, every appointment is reserved just for you. You can book 24/7 at bookfacials.com — choose your service, pick a live-available time, and confirm.

A small deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the cost of your service — it's not an extra charge, just a way to hold your time. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately and a reminder before your visit.

2Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — we just ask for notice so we can offer the time to someone else.

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment through the online portal (use the link in your confirmation or reminder email).
• Changes made within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

3Late arrivals & no-shows

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your full treatment time is preserved.
• Late arrivals may have the session shortened to respect the next guest's booking, at full price.
• No-shows may forfeit the deposit and be asked to prepay for future bookings.

4Payment & sales tax

Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation, since treatment time can vary with your skin's needs. Menu prices are starting ("from") rates.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout on bookfacials.com.
• Applicable sales tax is added to services, add-ons, memberships, packages and gift certificates.
• Deposits are credited toward your service total.
• Pay over time with Affirm. Affirm financing is available at checkout so you can split services, packages or memberships into easy monthly payments.

5Memberships, series & gift cards

• Monthly memberships (Glow, Radiance, Luxe) are recurring and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime; subscription payments are non-refundable, but your discount continues through the paid period.
• Membership discounts can be shared with up to 5 family members, and welcome reward points are issued once at purchase.
• Treatment series/packages are pre-paid, non-refundable, and lower your per-visit cost.
• Membership and package prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
• Gift certificates are available online and are non-refundable.

6Before your visit

• Come with clean skin if you can, and arrive a few minutes early for your consultation.
• For advanced treatments, skip strong exfoliating acids or retinol for a day or two beforehand.
• For waxing, hair should be about ¼ inch long; avoid sun/tanning for 24 hours before and after.
• Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor your treatment safely.
