Treatments, and how they are grouped
Everything falls into six families. Knowing which family you are in narrows the choice quickly.

The Treatment Finder
Three questions: what is bothering you, where on the body, and whether you want devices or hands only. It returns a single recommendation rather than a list — the price, the duration, why it suits you, an aftercare guide, related ingredient reading, and a booking button.
It also gives you an alternative, because one answer is rarely the only answer.
A shortcut worth knowing. You can skip the first question by adding a concern to the address. /pages/treatment-finder?c=acne lands you straight on question two. The values are acne, dull, pigment, aging, texture, hair and feel. Handy if you are sending someone a link.
Find Your Treatment
Find Your Treatment is the browsable counterpart to the finder. Rather than narrowing you down, it lays everything out grouped by concern and by treatment zone — forehead and hairline, cheeks, jawline, neck, back, body — so you can see the whole map at once.
Use the finder when you want an answer. Use this when you want to understand the range before choosing.
Compare Treatments
The comparison table puts every treatment on one screen with its concern, method, session length and starting price. It is the right page when you have narrowed to two or three and want to see the difference plainly.
Treatment Care — 16 aftercare guides
Every treatment has its own care guide, covering what to do before you come, what happens in the room, and what to do for the days afterwards.
These matter more than most people expect. A resurfacing facial followed by a week of unprotected Florida sun undoes the work. The guides say so plainly.
The Botanical Key
Every treatment family carries a flower. It is a visual shorthand — once you know the flower, you can tell at a glance what a treatment is for, whether you are looking at the printed menu, a page on this site, or a card in the studio.

Botanicals & Supplements — 25 guides
An honest reference library on the ingredients and supplements people ask us about. Each guide explains what the ingredient is, the proposed mechanism, what the evidence actually shows, and where we think it fits.
We do not sell supplements. That is deliberate — it means we have no stake in what you conclude. Where the independent evidence is weak, we say so, including for popular products. The collagen peptides guide is the clearest example.
Packages and memberships
Two different ways to spend less, and they suit different people.
Packages — prepay, 20% off
Buy a course of visits up front and every one is 20% below the single-visit price. Valid twelve months, one service type per pack. Best if you have a specific goal over a defined period — clearing acne, evening out pigment, preparing for a wedding.
Memberships — monthly, ongoing
A monthly fee that carries welcome points and a standing discount on everything: 5% on Glow, 10% on Radiance, 20% on Luxe. Best if you come regularly and want the discount to apply across facials, waxing and add-ons alike.

Loyalty points
Points accrue on their own. There is no card, no sign-up, and nothing to remember or present at the desk.

Bookings are handled on bookfacials.com, which is our booking system rather than a separate business. Your account, appointment history and membership all live there — not on this store.

Common questions about the site
Should I use the Treatment Finder or Find Your Treatment?
The finder asks three questions and gives you one answer. Find Your Treatment lets you browse the whole range grouped by concern and area. Use the finder if you want to be told; use the directory if you want to look around first.
Do I need an account on this website?
No. Customer accounts are handled entirely through the booking system at bookfacials.com. This site is for reading, choosing and buying products — you can check out as a guest.
What do the flowers on the menu mean?
Each treatment family carries a flower from our Botanical Key — lotus for signature facials, calendula for acne, jasmine for waxing, and so on. It is a visual shorthand that runs across the site, the printed menu and the studio.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and 10 points are worth $1 toward a future service. It is automatic — no card and no sign-up. Points stack on top of any membership discount.
Is a package or a membership better value?
A package is better for a defined goal over a set period, since every visit is 20% off. A membership is better for ongoing regular visits, because the discount applies to everything including waxing and add-ons.
Are you a medical spa?
No. We are a licensed esthetician studio. We do not perform medical procedures such as injectables, microneedling or medical-depth peels, and we will say so plainly if what you want falls outside our scope.
